BTBOLIC - Levothyroxine 50mcg + Liothyronine 12.5mcg Tablets by Cooper Pharma. Synthetic thyroid hormone preparation combining T4 and T3 in a 4:1 weight-based ratio. Liothyronine acts more promptly with a more intense but shorter lasting effect compared to levothyroxine alone. Standard maintenance: 1-2 tablets daily. Initial dose for hypothyroidism: half tablet, increasing by quarter tablet every 2-3 weeks. Presentation: 5 blisters of 10 tablets per carton.
